What if I don't receive my letter?
If your envelope doesn't arrive, contact me right away. Call or text (480) 787-1383, or email anotherepicyear@gmail.com. I'll help track it down and make sure you get your mail. It happens occasionally, but I've got you covered.
What's your refund or cancellation policy?
Monthly memberships can be cancelled anytime with no penalty. For the 12-month plan, it's a one-time payment; once your first letter ships, it's non-refundable. If you need to pause or make changes, just reach out and we'll figure it out together.
